Built · not on its domain today
An AI operating system, products, domain pages and twenty years of work. An AI operating system we are building. Products we own and run. Sites for clients. Landing pages that sell domain names. And twenty years of apps and campaigns for banks, retailers, broadcasters and charities — each with what we built, and what we did not.
Introduction transcript. Client: Can I see what you’ve actually built? Qubi: This way. Let’s have a proper look. Qubi: The constraints, the decisions, and the limits. All in the case studies. Client: And I can check the real thing? Qubi: Where it’s live, there’s a link. Take your time. Qubi: The work should speak for itself.
Point at a row to see it. Each entry says what we built and who it was for and, where it is live, links to the real thing.

For domain owners and brokers. Every page starts from the word itself: its own animated mark, one idea the name suggests, and the structured data that lets search engines and AI answer engines read it as a name for sale.

We designed a landing page for each of these. The client has since sold the domains.
These are agents we built, run and still operate — on our own work first, before anybody else’s. There is no screenshot, because the artefact is a process, not a page.
Journalist discovery, research and outreach, end to end
An autonomous agent that finds the journalists who would actually write about you, researches each one, and writes them a single email that earns a reply.
Apps, platforms and campaigns our founders delivered through earlier companies, for banks, retailers, broadcasters and charities. Each mark names the thing we delivered, not the brand’s whole business.
During BBC ownership
The iOS and Android application for the recipe and food brand, built directly for the BBC. The brand has since passed to another publisher; the app work belongs to the period when it was the BBC's.
Website and mobile application build for one of the UK's larger charitable foundations. The organisation has rebuilt since; this covers the build we delivered, not the site standing today.
The iOS and Android application for the UK games retailer.
Still in service as of September 2026.
Reported by the client — not measured by us
Design of the iOS and Android application for the UK retail bank.
Design of the iOS and Android application for the UK fashion and homeware retailer.
Website design and page design for the UK children's charity. The organisation has rebuilt since; this covers the design work we delivered, not the site standing today.
Website template work and the mobile application for the UK grocery retailer.
Website and mobile application design for the payments processor.
Early handsets
Design of the Twitter application for Samsung's early handsets, produced for Samsung.
Design and build of applications shipped preloaded on Sony handsets.
Design of an iPad application for the marque.
Design of the iPad application for the UK lock and door-hardware manufacturer, together with design work across the group's brands.
Described briefly, and deliberately so.
These are campaigns — promotion, content systems and outbound — rather than products we designed and shipped, so there is no site to link to and no screenshot that would honestly represent the work. Where a figure appears, it is one the client or the production team reported to us, and it says so. We did not measure them, so we do not present them as though we had.
Engaged via the production agency
Promotion for a European series launch, delivered as a subcontractor to the production agency rather than under a contract with the platform. We produced the digital and printed promotional material — poster design through to full email campaigns — and worked alongside the European promo teams and the cast on the posting strategy behind the launch.
Engaged via the production agency
Promotion for an English-language comedy tour in Spain tied to a series launch, delivered as a subcontractor to the production agency rather than under a contract with the platform. We produced the poster design and printed promotion, ran the email campaigns, and worked with the production team on the structures that held the tour together.
The production team reported the tour as close to sold out.

A campaign for Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Spain, built showroom by showroom rather than nationally. We wrote a content strategy for each location in Spain, put growth systems behind them, and trained the showroom teams to run them.
Showrooms reported stronger local social visibility, which they credited with an uplift in enquiries.

A legacy brand whose social presence had stopped doing anything. We rebuilt it for a younger, more active Instagram audience and worked with individual distributors so their own accounts grew alongside it.
A product launch into European supermarkets. We built an automated outbound system — email campaigns, data research and influencer outreach — timed to reach buyers, micro-influencers and retail contacts the moment stock hit shelves.
Some supermarkets sold through the initial stock quickly.

Pre-rebrand, when the agency traded as PhotoLink
Digital and printed design delivered through the agency for its own brand clients. Seventy7 is a UK commercial photography, creative and digital marketing agency; we worked with them under their former name, PhotoLink.
Design and build work for one of the UK's long-established retail and ecommerce brands: page templates for the storefront, and internal development behind them.
Brand and design work for the UK internet bank, together with internal development, from the period when it was part of The Co-operative Bank.
Design for email campaigns, the website build, and internal applications for one of the UK's longest-established retail banks.
