OPERATOR

1. Website operator

This website, qquantum.ai, is operated by the company identified below (referred to as “QQuantum”, “we” or “us”).

Trading nameQQuantum.ai
Registered inBarcelona, Catalonia, Spain
Email[email protected]

Email is the fastest way to reach us on any matter arising from this notice. We answer within a few working days.

2. Purpose of the website

The site describes the professional services we offer, publishes reference material about AI systems, and lets you contact us. It is an information and enquiry channel. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance: every engagement is agreed in a written proposal or contract, and the ranges on the pricing page are indicative estimates, not quotes.

3. Conditions of use

You may browse the site freely and link to any page. You agree not to use it in a way that damages, overloads or interferes with it, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to use automated means to extract content beyond what the robots.txt file permits. The site is offered as is; we do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, logo and imagery on this site are ours or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing whole pages or the site design requires our written consent.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site (cloud providers, model developers, software products, and the clients named on our work pages) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes the work we did or the tools we use. It does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless a page says so explicitly.

5. Accuracy of content

Reference pages about models, regulations, prices and hardware describe the situation on the date shown on the page. This field moves quickly; check the primary source before relying on a figure. Pages that touch on regulation (GDPR, the EU AI Act, sector rules) describe how we approach engineering under those rules. They are not legal advice, and reading them creates no professional relationship.

Links to external sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. The cookies this site sets, and why there is no consent banner, are explained in the cookie policy. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

8. Governing law and disputes

This notice and your use of the site are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Where a consumer dispute arises, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
