Introduction transcript. Client: Who’s behind all this cleverness? Qubi: A little engineering studio in Barcelona. And me. Qubi: We build AI agents, retrieval systems, and automation with care. Client: Care that I can actually see? Qubi: In the details, the tests, and the code we hand over. Qubi: Come and see how we work.
Our founders have been building software since 2006, through earlier companies, for banks, retailers, broadcasters and charities.
QQuantum.ai is the current studio. Our autonomous agents are designed to weave through this complexity, handling outbound sales, dynamic SEO, and internal operations with measured accuracy and a human escalation path.
Just as Gaudí observed that there are no straight lines in nature, we understand that modern business operations are deeply complex, non-linear ecosystems.
The studio is in Barcelona. The work reaches 24 cities — hover one to see it, click to read how we work there.
QQuantum.ai works from Barcelona, with clients across the EU and further afield. The city gives us a full working day of overlap with the rest of Europe, the same regulatory regime as most of our clients, and a habit — borrowed from its most famous architect — of treating structure as the design rather than something added afterwards.
We build systems meant to be robust and adaptable: evaluated against real data, monitored in production, and handed over as code you own.
The people on your first call are the people who build the system. That means we take fewer projects at once, and it means nobody hands your work to a junior after the sale.
A meaningful share of enquiries resolve to an off-the-shelf product or a process fix that needs no AI. Saying so costs us a project and earns the next one.
Code in your repositories, infrastructure in your accounts, documented decisions. If your team wants to take over, that is a planned outcome rather than a renegotiation.

What we built, what stage it is at, and a link to the live thing wherever there is one.
yourOS is an operating system with an AI at its heart. You talk to it like a person, out loud or typed. It makes your calls, plans your days and works on your projects with a crew of agents, on your own private server. Our own product, built from the first commit; the waitlist is open.
Website, backend and app assets for Sonora, a free AI sound-therapy app on iOS and Android published by Cognitive AI.
Brand, website, prototype, apps on five platforms, the AI backend and the algorithm-intelligence pipeline for Podswap, a social growth engine that runs without a human in the loop.
In closed beta: Roxy, a private AI assistant with permanent memory running on infrastructure the user owns. Brand, site, product, backend and conversational design.
Live at coherence.com: brand identity generated with AI agents we directed, the motion system and website for the group behind Sonora, AboutAI, WakeUp and MudShadows. Agent work remains in build.
Live at domainbooth.com for DomainBooth, a premium domain brokerage: a new animated mark, every page redesigned and rebuilt with designed mobile layouts, and a custom CMS for its sales record, featured names, press and enquiries.
Apps, platforms and campaigns for these teams, long before the AI work. Every one is written up on the work page — what we did, and where our part ended.
