Agent capabilities

01

Deep Prospect Research

The agent reads licensed B2B data, company sites, press releases and earnings calls to draft opening lines that reference something real. We measure reply rates against your current sequences rather than quoting an industry benchmark. We do not scrape LinkedIn.
02

Objection Handling

When a prospect replies with "We use a competitor" or "Send me more info," the agent queries your playbook and drafts a response in your voice, for review before it goes.
03

Calendar Integration

Connected to Calendly or Google Calendar, the agent negotiates times and books the qualified meeting within the rules you set — and, where the law requires it, discloses in the thread that the counterparty is dealing with an automated assistant acting for your team.
04

CRM Synchronization

Every email sent, reply received, and meeting booked is automatically logged in Salesforce or HubSpot, so your pipeline data stays current without manual entry.
ANALYSIS

How Autonomous AI SDRs Engineer Your Revenue Pipeline

Traditional outbound sales is a war of attrition. A large share of an SDR's week goes on non-selling work: researching prospects, drafting emails, logging CRM data, chasing follow-ups. An AI sales agent takes that layer. It prospects, qualifies and books meetings around the clock, inside guardrails you define — not as an unsupervised salesperson, but as a tireless first draft with a review gate in front of it.

The system initializes by ingesting your Ideal Customer Profile, historical win/loss data, and your sales playbook. From this foundation, the AI sales agent constructs a dynamic prospecting model — drawing on licensed B2B data providers and public corporate sources — company websites, press releases, funding announcements, job postings — to identify high-intent signals. Unlike a static lead list, the agent builds living prospect dossiers enriched with technographic and firmographic data, so outreach references something specific rather than a merge field. You remain the data controller for that processing, and we help you document the legitimate-interest assessment that supports it.

Sequencing is where measurement replaces guesswork. The agent builds personalised email sequences from the prospect's role, recent activity and engagement history, and iterates subject lines and opening hooks on measured reply data rather than intuition. SMS goes only to contacts who have opted in; we do not automate LinkedIn messaging, because it breaches the platform's user agreement. Objection handling works the same way: when a prospect raises a competitive or timing concern, the agent queries your playbook and drafts a reply in your voice for a human to approve.

CRM integration is native and bidirectional. Every email sent, reply received, meeting booked, and deal stage progression is automatically synchronized with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive — eliminating the data hygiene problem that plagues most sales organisations. The AI SDR doesn't just log activities; it enriches contact records, updates lead scores, and triggers automated workflows based on prospect behaviour. Pipeline generation, qualification and handoff to your closers become one closed loop, with the manual data entry taken out of it.

The result is an outbound engine your team can audit line by line: every message logged, every rule explicit, every send attributable. Your sales team gets pre-qualified meetings and spends its time closing rather than researching.

HOW IT DEPLOYS
PHASE 01

Ingest & model

We load your Ideal Customer Profile, win/loss history and sales playbook, building the dynamic prospecting model the agent operates from.

PHASE 02

Sequence & engage

The agent drafts email sequences — and SMS to opted-in contacts — every message personalised, measured and objection-ready, with a human approving sends.

PHASE 03

Book & hand off

Qualified meetings land on your closers' calendars and the CRM is updated in the same step — a closed loop without the manual entry.

Questions

Questions about AI Sales Agents.

What is an autonomous sales agent?

An AI-powered digital SDR that researches prospects, drafts personalised outreach sequences, handles objections and books qualified meetings inside rules you define. Unlike simple email automation, it uses a language model to understand context and adapt messaging — but it operates under your guardrails, not on its own authority. A human review gate on outbound sends is on by default and stays on unless you decide otherwise.

Can AI SDRs replace human sales reps?

AI SDRs are engineered to augment your sales team, not replace your closers. They handle the high-volume, repetitive prospecting and qualification work that eats a large share of an SDR's week. Your reps receive pre-qualified, warmed-up meetings and can focus on relationship building, negotiation and closing. We report the change in meetings booked against your own pre-deployment baseline rather than quoting a multiple here.

How do AI agents personalise outreach?

The agent builds prospect dossiers from licensed B2B data providers and public corporate sources — company websites, recent news, funding rounds, job postings, technographic data. We do not scrape LinkedIn: it is prohibited by the platform's terms. Each message is generated from that research, referencing something specific rather than a merge field. Reply rate is measured against your existing sequences during the pilot, so you can see the difference on your own list.

Do prospects know they are dealing with an AI?

Where the law requires it, yes. Under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, people must be told when they are interacting with an AI system unless it is obvious from the context, and our agents disclose that they are an automated assistant acting on behalf of your team. Beyond the legal minimum we recommend disclosing anyway — a prospect who discovers it later reacts far worse than one who was told. The human review gate means a person on your side signs off on outbound sends by default.

What CRMs do you integrate with?

Our autonomous SDR agents natively integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Close CRM through bidirectional API connections. Every activity — emails sent, replies received, meetings booked, and deal stage updates — is automatically logged and synchronized. We also support custom CRM integrations through our API layer for enterprise clients with proprietary systems.

How long does it take to deploy an AI SDR?

A typical deployment takes two to three weeks. Week one covers ingestion of your Ideal Customer Profile, playbook and historical win/loss data. Week two configures channels, sequences and CRM sync. By week three the agent runs live outreach under human review. That review gate stays on unless you explicitly decide to widen the guardrails.

How is outreach kept lawful and deliverable?

The agents warm sending domains gradually, throttle volume per inbox, personalise every message to avoid template fingerprinting, and honour unsubscribe and suppression lists automatically. On the legal side: you remain the data controller, prospect data comes from licensed providers and public corporate sources, every message carries an opt-out, and we help you document the legitimate-interest assessment the GDPR expects. Unsolicited commercial email is also governed by ePrivacy rules implemented locally — Article 21 of Spain's LSSI, PECR in the UK, CAN-SPAM in the US — and your legal counsel should confirm the basis for your list before the first send. This is engineering guidance, not legal advice.
