Marketing & Creative Agencies

Brand production
that stays on brand.

AI creative production generates the long tail of brand assets (format variants, localised versions, product shots, copy for every channel) from a client’s own guidelines and licensed material, and checks each one against the brand before a designer approves it.

Where the time goes

The hero campaign is not the bottleneck. The bottleneck is what follows it: forty sizes for every placement, versions in six languages, seasonal swaps, product variants, copy cut to every character limit. It is skilled work done at the level of a production line, and it is where generic AI image and copy tools disappoint, because they produce something that looks plausible and nothing like this particular client.

The difference is what the system is built from. Ours starts with the client’s guidelines turned into checkable rules (palette, type, logo clear space, tone, forbidden words, legal lines), a library of assets the client has the rights to use, and approved examples of the work. Generation is constrained by those, and every output is checked against them before it reaches a person. The designer’s time goes on taste, not on correcting a hex value.

What it handles

01

Format and channel variants

One approved master adapted to every placement and size, with layout rules applied rather than guessed, exported to the DAM or straight into Figma for review.
02

Copy at every length

Headlines, descriptions and alt text written in the client’s voice to each channel’s limits, with mandatory legal lines and claims checked against an approved list.
03

Brand checks

Automated checks on colour, type, logo use and copy rules on every asset, so a reviewer sees what passed and why something failed.
04

Not: unlicensed material

No imitation of living artists, real people’s likenesses without consent, or other brands’ marks. Assets carry provenance metadata, and AI-generated content is labelled where disclosure is required.

Questions

Questions about Brand Production at Scale.

Can AI generate brand assets that match our client’s guidelines?

It can get close when the guidelines are turned into rules the system can check, and when generation starts from the client’s own licensed assets and approved examples rather than from a blank prompt. Exact elements, logos, legal lines and product shots, are placed rather than generated. A designer still approves every batch, because judgement about whether something feels right is not a rule.

Who owns AI-generated creative work?

It depends on the jurisdiction and on how much human creative input went in, and the law is still moving. Purely machine-generated material may not attract copyright in some places. That is one reason we build from assets the client already owns and keep a designer’s selection and editing in the loop, and why ownership terms belong in the client contract.

Does AI-generated advertising have to be labelled?

The EU AI Act requires disclosure for AI-generated or manipulated content that could be taken as authentic, such as realistic images of real people or events, and platforms and advertising codes add rules of their own. We embed provenance metadata and can add visible labels; whether a given asset needs disclosure is for you and your client to decide.
