CAP paperwork,
filled from farm data.

Most of what a CAP application asks for already exists: in the parcel register, the machinery logs, the input invoices and last year’s claim. The work is moving it into the right boxes without getting it wrong.

What it is

CAP subsidy and compliance automation prepares a farm’s aid application, eco-scheme evidence and field records from data the farm already holds: parcels from the national LPIS (SIGPAC in Spain), crops and operations from machinery and farm management systems, inputs from invoices, and the previous year’s claim. It checks the draft against the current rules and against what the paying agency’s satellite Area Monitoring System is likely to see, then hands it to the farmer or their adviser to verify and submit.

It is designed for the people who already do this work at volume: cooperatives, farm unions’ technical offices, gestorías and agricultural advisers who file applications for many farms each season. The farmer remains the declarant, responsible for every statement in the claim.

What it handles

01

Application drafts

Parcels, declared crops and requested schemes assembled from farm records and last year’s claim, ready for the geospatial aid application in your region’s system.
02

Rule and monitoring checks

Conditionality (GAEC) and eco-scheme requirements checked against the plan, and declared crops compared with recent satellite imagery so mismatches are fixed before the paying agency flags them.
03

Digital field records

Plant protection and fertiliser records kept from machinery data and invoices, in the electronic format the EU now requires for plant protection product use and national notebooks such as Spain’s under SIEX.
04

Not: the declaration

The system never submits on its own. The farmer, or an adviser acting on their authority, checks and submits, because they carry the legal responsibility for the claim.

Questions

Questions about CAP Subsidy & Compliance Paperwork.

Can AI fill in a CAP subsidy application?

It can prepare most of it from data the farm already holds, and check it against the rules and recent satellite imagery before submission. It should not submit it. The farmer is the declarant and is legally responsible for the claim, so a person verifies every parcel, crop and commitment before it goes to the paying agency.

What is the CAP Area Monitoring System?

Under the 2023 to 2027 CAP, paying agencies use an Area Monitoring System that analyses Copernicus Sentinel satellite imagery to check declared crops and activities across all parcels, rather than only sampling farms for field inspection. Farmers may be asked to fix discrepancies or provide geotagged photos. Checking a draft against similar imagery before submission reduces those follow-ups.

What farm compliance records need to be digital?

Requirements vary by country, but the direction is clear. EU rules require records of plant protection product use in electronic format, and member states are adding digital farm notebooks, such as Spain’s under the SIEX system. We build record-keeping that fills from machinery and invoices so the digital record is a by-product of farming rather than extra typing.
