AI for property management is mostly an inbox problem. Messages arrive by email, portal, WhatsApp and phone, in several languages, at all hours. Each one needs the unit, the lease, the repair history and the right contractor, and the information lives in Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, Entrata or MRI, plus a maintenance tool such as Fixflo.
An AI agent for property management can resolve a large share of that: confirm a rent date, log a repair with photos, book a contractor slot, chase a renewal. The design work is in what it must not resolve. Gas, carbon monoxide, flooding, electrical danger, no heating for a vulnerable tenant and damp and mould all go to a person immediately. In England, Awaab’s Law puts fixed timescales on social landlords for hazards like these, which makes a missed message a compliance failure as well as a safety one.

Mainly to handle tenant communication and maintenance intake: answering routine questions from the lease and policies, logging repairs with photos, booking contractors and chasing renewals. Well-built systems are connected to the property management software, so they act on real unit and lease data, and they route safety hazards and sensitive contacts to a person before anything else.
We integrate with the system you already run, typically Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, Entrata or MRI, plus maintenance tools such as Fixflo. The integration is usually the largest part of the build, because unit, lease and contractor data all live there.
We do not build that. Tenant screening and other decisions about who gets a home carry discrimination risk under the US Fair Housing Act and equality law in Europe, and automated decisions with significant effects are restricted under GDPR Article 22. The system can collect and organise an application; a person decides.
Yes. The system says so in the first message and always offers a route to a person. Beyond being required in many places, including under the EU AI Act transparency rules, it changes how people describe problems, and clearer descriptions make hazard detection more reliable.
